The data controller for the Arrington-Cole service is G & T Online Marketing LLC, doing business as "Arrington-Cole". We are based in the State of Georgia, USA. For privacy questions, email support@arrington-cole.com.

2. What is open at launch

The current public launch lets visitors browse published looks, hear approved Arrington narration, save or like looks where that control is shown, follow outbound shopping links, and buy an Arrington-Cole plan or credit pack through Stripe.

The Wardrobe, Dressing Room, Sales Floor sourcing tools, Ask Arrington, customer photo try-on, and customer wardrobe uploads are not part of the public launch.

3. Age requirement

Arrington-Cole is not directed to anyone under 16. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

4. What we collect

• Contact and email data: your email address and message when you contact us, join an email list, report a problem, or use an email-based control such as a one-time like.
• Usage data: pages viewed, likes, shares, taps and clicks, outbound merchant-link clicks, referrers, approximate geographic region, session timing, and crash or error logs.
• Device data: device type, operating system, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers, and similar technical identifiers.
• Purchase data: order history, subscription status, and billing country are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store payment card numbers.
• Public content you choose to submit: if a public comment, profile, or social feature is available to you, we collect the text and profile details you submit through that feature.

We do not ask for or collect race, income, class, education, or occupation. We do not collect photos or audio from customers.

5. Why we use it and legal basis

• Provide the Service (contract): display looks, remember likes or preferences, process orders, and provide support.
• Understand shopping interest (legitimate interests): measure which looks and merchant links people use, including the page or social source that sent the visit.
• Improve the Service (legitimate interests): analytics, debugging, quality, and product development.
• Security & fraud prevention (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
• Marketing emails (consent — opt out anytime from any email).
• Compliance (legal obligation): tax records, disclosure requirements, and responding to legal requests.

6. How we share it

• Service providers: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring. They process data only on our instructions.
• Stripe acts as our payment processor for subscriptions, credit packs, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds. G & T Online Marketing LLC remains the seller of record.
• Merchants and affiliate networks receive the click when you choose an outbound shopping link. They may attribute the visit or purchase under their own privacy notices.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality.
• Authorities where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
• Successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal data.

7. AI-generated content

Arrington-Cole publishes AI-generated model imagery, styling commentary, and Arrington narration created by us for style inspiration only. Those outputs may be inaccurate and are not professional styling, medical, legal, financial, or tax advice.

Public shoppers are not asked to upload body photos or wardrobe photos in this launch. If we open those features later, we will update this notice and request any required consent before collection.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only while needed for the purposes described in this notice, including legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution obligations. Support messages, email preferences, analytics, and transaction records may have different retention periods.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@arrington-cole.com. We complete verifiable deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA / UK have GDPR rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Residents of California and other US states have rights under applicable state privacy laws.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure and some service providers are located in the United States. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security in our database, and separation of admin privileges. No system is perfectly secure.
