The following are trademarks and proprietary assets of G&T Online Marketing LLC (dba Arrington-Cole):

• The "Arrington-Cole"™ name, wordmark, and lockup
• The "AC" monogram and bronze/gold lockup variants
• The Arrington character — his name, likeness, voice, and narration style
• The 25 AI-generated model identities and their names
• All portraits, videos, shorts, and generated imagery on the Service
• All Arrington narration audio and related brand voice assets
• The AI models, prompts, taxonomies, embeddings, and style-lens system

Prohibited uses of our likenesses

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• reproduce, redistribute, or repost our model portraits, videos, or narration outside the Service;
• use any AI-generated Arrington-Cole likeness, name, or voice to imply an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist;
• create deepfakes, non-consensual sexual imagery, or defamatory content using our assets;
• use our imagery, videos, prompts, or embeddings to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI or machine-learning model;
• scrape, mirror, or bulk-download our portraits, videos, or catalog data;
• strip or alter watermarks, attribution, or copyright notices.

Rights-holder takedown procedure

If you believe that content on Arrington-Cole infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights — including if you believe an AI-generated composite coincidentally resembles you — email us at support@arrington-cole.com with the subject line "Takedown request" and include:

• Your full name and contact information;
• Identification of the right you are asserting (copyright, trademark, likeness, etc.);
• The URL(s) of the specific content on our Service you are asking us to review;
• A description of the alleged infringement or basis for the request;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete requests within 10 business days and will remove, disable, or modify the affected content if the request is valid. We may share your notice with the person or account that submitted the content. False notices submitted in bad faith may result in liability. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Customer uploads

Customer photo try-on and wardrobe uploads are not part of the current public launch. Public shoppers are not asked to upload body photos, and we do not collect photos or audio from customers.

If we open an upload feature later, we will present the rules and required consent before collection. Uploads will never be accepted for photos of minors, celebrities, other people without consent, nudity, weapons, hateful symbols, or unlawful content.

Reporting misuse of Arrington-Cole assets

If you see a third party using Arrington-Cole's name, logo, model likenesses, or narration voice outside our Service, please report it to support@arrington-cole.com. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
